Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives and operational workflows within a cross-functional Pod environment.
Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Partner closely with Pod Leadership to improve team dynamics, delivery transparency, and operational efficiency.
Monitor delivery progress, team capacity, and project health metrics, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
Coordinate across internal teams, channels, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables.
Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders, escalating risks and challenges when necessary.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing delivery workflows, reducing process waste, and implementing best practices.
Manage approval processes for marketing content and operational deliverables, including compliance and legal review workflows where applicable.
Ensure quality standards, documentation accuracy, and operational consistency across all assigned initiatives.
Must-have Skills
5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, delivery management, or related roles.
Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across stakeholders and external partners.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong ownership and accountability.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
Experience using marketing and project management tools such as Workfront, Confluence, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, quality control, and process improvement.
Nice-to-have:
Experience working in regulated industries or environments with structured approval workflows.
Familiarity with marketing production processes across channels such as Email, Web, Social, Video, and Print.
Experience tracking delivery metrics and supporting operational reporting initiatives.
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
