Position:
Inside Sales Executive / Call Center Executive – US Outbound Sales
Location:
Work from Office only – Mohali (Punjab)
Shift:
US Night Shift (Pure Night Shift)
Working Days:
5 Days Working
(Weekly offs may fall on any 2 days of the week, including split offs, based on business requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls for the US process
- Engage potential customers and drive sales conversions
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve business goals
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in an International Call Center
- US process experience preferred
- Prior outbound sales experience is highly preferred
- Candidates must have experience in US/UK international voice process (Mandatory for experienced candidates)
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply
