As a Senior SAP Recruiter, you play a key role in building high‑performing consulting teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across regions. Working closely with business leaders and global stakeholders, you shape recruitment strategies that support long‑term growth.
Beyond filling roles, you help identify individuals who can grow, evolve, and thrive in a dynamic consulting environment—whether they bring deep SAP expertise or adjacent experience with strong potential to become trusted advisors and change agents.

Your responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for SAP and adjacent consulting roles across multiple seniority levels in the region
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving capability needs and define effective, forward‑looking hiring strategies
Source, engage, and assess top talent using creative, proactive, and out‑of‑the‑box approaches
Identify candidates not only for current needs but for long‑term potential, cultural fit, and growth within Westernacher
Build and manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a high‑quality, inclusive, and candidate‑centric experience
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring best practices within the SAP and consulting ecosystem
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and data quality in an agile environment
Support employer branding initiatives and represent Westernacher in recruitment‑related activities and events
Your skills and experience:
Extensive experience in recruiting SAP, technology, or consulting professionals in an international environment
Strong understanding of SAP roles, consulting career paths, and/or adjacent talent profiles (e.g., operations, transformation, or customer‑facing roles)
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and solve complex talent challenges
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
Expertise in direct sourcing, network‑driven hiring, and digital recruitment platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile consulting environment where priorities evolve
High level of autonomy combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
Strong commitment to inclusive, fair, and people‑first hiring practices
A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting each other
General requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Very good communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in international environments
Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and decision making
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Willingness to collaborate across time zones as required
