Join us as a Team Lead in the Payments and Cards Services Department, where you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring quality delivery within the Accounts Services group. Your responsibilities will include overseeing account handling activities, guaranteeing timely payments in accordance with provided documentation, and managing client data administration to maintain accuracy and compliance.
You would be a part of management team in Baltic Business Services Center and contribute significantly to implementing its digital agenda.
Leading and inspiring the team of nine employees responsible for accounts handling, transactions and customer data
Team activity planning and coordination
Ensuring quality services and continuous process improvements
Supporting team members with daily tasks
Interacting with stakeholders from different teams across SEB in terms of group responsibilities
Leadership experience
Experience in Daily banking products and processes
Strong personal drive and ability to inspire others
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English language
