About Tavily Team

Tavily team is building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent - but also informed.

The role 

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational processes across the company. This role will work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to manage procurement workflows, coordinate contracts and approvals, and help keep internal processes running smoothly.

You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage procurement and vendor-related workflows using internal systems and tools
• Coordinate contract processes, including sending agreements, tracking signatures, and maintaining documentation
• Support operational and administrative processes across multiple departments
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on ongoing projects and requests
• Track tasks, approvals, and operational processes to ensure timely completion
• Help improve internal workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate logistics and other day-to-day operational needs as required

We expect you to have: 

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business operations, legal operations, procurement, or administrative coordination roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Background in law, including a B.A. in Law or prior legal internship experience
• Experience working with tools such as Ironclad, ZIP, Linear, and Jira
• Familiarity with contract workflows, procurement processes, or vendor management
