Job Identification
We are looking for a Power Engineer in Tashkent.
What We Expect
Ensure continuous and safe operation of the plant’s power equipment, including electrical, thermal, gas, steam and water supply systems.
Organize proper operation, maintenance, repair and modernization of energy equipment, electrical and heating networks.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules, technical inspections and certification of power equipment (boilers, pressure vessels, heating networks, elevators, etc.).
Calculate energy demand and prepare documentation for electricity, heat and other energy supply.
Monitor energy consumption, analyze losses, and implement energy efficiency and resource‑saving initiatives.
Prepare and submit reports on energy consumption and ensure timely payment for energy resources.
Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers involved in maintenance and inspection of energy systems.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, fire protection and environmental regulations in energy-related operations.
Organize training, briefings and periodic knowledge assessments for personnel operating power equipment.
Control availability and compliance with operating and maintenance instructions for power equipment and networks.
Participate in acceptance, testing and commissioning of new or modernized energy installations.
Maintain interaction with regulatory and supervisory authorities related to energy and industrial safety requirements.
Qualifications
Higher technical education (energy, electrical engineering or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a power engineer / engineer at industrial or manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of operation and maintenance of electrical and thermal equipment, energy systems, and utilities.
• Solid understanding of occupational health & safety, fire safety, industrial and environmental protection requirements.
• Experience in energy consumption analysis, preventive maintenance planning, and technical documentation.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures and propose improvement measures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required).
• English level: Intermediate (ability to read and understand technical documentation).
