What We Expect
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene, and fire safety regulations across all company facilities.
- Participate in the development of annual and long‑term HSE improvement plans.
- Conduct inspections and audits of equipment, production areas, protective devices, and safety systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform workplace risk assessments, support implementation of mitigation measures, and promote safe working conditions.
- Deliver HSE onboarding training, safety briefings, and periodic knowledge assessments for employees.
- Monitor compliance with government regulations and follow up on corrective actions required by supervisory authorities.
- Participate in incident and accident investigations, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee provision and proper use of PPE, safety signage, and protective clothing.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire protection systems, alarms, hydrants, extinguishers, and emergency response equipment.
- Participate in the development of emergency response plans, fire‑safety documentation, and support drills and simulations.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety engineering, industrial safety, or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, fire‑safety rules, industrial hygiene standards, and environmental protection requirements.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively in high‑pressure and critical situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- English level: Pre‑Intermediate (ability to understand technical documentation).
