The Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager (“Project Manager”) drives execution of internal and external technology projects to completion, including coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This role supports client-facing licensed software implementations as well as internal initiatives, including data and analytics platforms, modernization of legacy systems, and other business-critical technology, data, and automation solutions. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to drive day-to-day execution, maintain visibility into project status, and keep projects on track against timelines. The role also contributes to improving project delivery practices and supporting technology initiatives. This position requires strong project management experience with technology driven projects, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on owning accurate, real-time project tracking in tools such as ClickUp to maintain visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.

Clients:
- Creates, maintains, and executes communication plans and communication protocols.
- Coordinates with external clients on licensed software implementations to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Maintains stakeholder alignment by providing clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensures projects remain on track in accordance with any SOWs or project documentation and identifies any scope changes that may impact fees and/or timelines.
- Facilitates project meetings, including status updates, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for technology solutions.
- Supports identification of client use cases and feedback to inform ongoing technology and innovation efforts.

- Contributes to improving project management practices, workflows, and tool adoption.
- Supports identification of opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and drive efficiency across projects and service delivery.
- Assists with business development activities as needed or requested (e.g. preparation of proposals and engagement agreements, and/or attending prospect calls and meetings).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access).
- Internet navigation and research, with strong experience and understanding of AI tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Experience with one or more data analytics and/or visualization platforms.
Professional Certifications and Licenses:
- Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP Project Management Professional Certification, CSM Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Alteryx experience or certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor working environment.
- Occasional long periods of standing.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees, clients, and vendors both in-person and via e-mail, virtual meetings, or telephone.
- Travel requirement: minimal travel, up to 10% may be required.
Compensation Pay Transparency:
- For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $86,500.00 - $114,125.00
- For other California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
- For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
- For other Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00
- For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00
