The Vice President of Professional Services will be responsible for building and scaling a new department within Optimal Blue responsible for client implementations, migrations, integrations, and tailored solution delivery. This leader will define and operationalize the Professional Services strategy, establish repeatable methodologies, and build a high-performing team that drives client outcomes, profitable growth, and durable adoption across Optimal Blue’s product lines.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in SaaS Professional Services delivery and client onboarding, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to connect strategy with execution. Success in this role will be measured by faster time-to-value, predictable go-lives, strong Professional Services economics, and tighter client feedback loops into Product and Client Success.
Targeted compensation for this position is $150k base with OTE approximately $210k per year.

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$135,000.00 - USD$165,000.00 per year.
