At Rolls-Royce we are proud to be a business that has truly helped to shape the modern world and are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.
By joining Rolls-Royce in an Emerging Talent programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that believes individuality is our greatest strength, and all perspectives, experiences and backgrounds help us innovate and enable our high-performance culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our business, from HR to IT, strategy to innovation, customer management to procurement and more. And on a 10-week internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be placed in either Enterprise Transformation or Adopting AI Through Transformation, building on the achievements of the MBA projects so far and having the opportunity to implement and bring new initiatives to life.
Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business. But it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire or a place on one of our new programmes due to be launched in 2027.
Who we’re looking for:
We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.
Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.
What we offer:
Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.
Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
