- Ensure new capabilities are embedded into day-to-day workflows
- Lead business readiness, training, and process alignment
- Prevent “go-live without usage” outcomes
Stakeholder & Decision Leadership
- Align senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Lead governance forums and drive clear, timely decision-making
- Resolve cross-functional conflicts and competing priorities
Vendor & Partner Management
- Own performance of implementation partners and vendors
- Enforce accountability on delivery, quality, and outcomes
- Ensure partners operate as an integrated part of the program
Operational Delivery in Live Environment
- Deliver transformation within a live, business-critical environment
- Balance speed, stability, and operational continuity
- Anticipate and mitigate business disruption risks
Financial & Risk Management
- Manage program‑level budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks and issues
- Ensure escalation paths are clear and effective, with a strong “path‑to‑green” mindset
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and maintain program governance frameworks, cadence, and artifacts
- Monitor program performance and benefits realization against strategic objectives
- Continuously improve program execution through lessons learned and best practices
