All about the role:
The Electrolux Group’s Sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our customers, exploring and leverage consumer journeys with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion. Through a fast-paced and consumer-oriented approach, our Sales teams enable Electrolux to reach even better results, creating value consistently along the way to deliver outstanding experiences.
What you’ll do:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the commercial organization and ensuring sustainable value creation. You will be responsible for sustaining Electrolux as a leading player in the market through a combination of product portfolio management, new channel development, including direct to consumer, price & revenue management, and a strong partnership with retail.
In detail, you will:
- Lead and execute the Strategic Plan, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, execution, and results
- Achieve business unit objectives for value creation, profit, sales, and volume
- Build and maintain strong, long-term executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Understand competitors in the marketplace and initiate business development ideas and profitably grow the business
- Supervise business controlling, sales operations, sales, trade marketing, local category managers, human resources, and after sales department heads
- Formulate and recommend policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of all functions
- Coordinate with Business Area Latin America, local and regional teams, with regards to Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Finance, Product Line, Human Resources and technical support.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a strong plus)
- Previous experience in a General Management or senior executive role
- Proven track record in commercial leadership, P&L management, and business growth
- Deep understanding of retail-driven business models and go-to-market execution
- Experience working in matrix organizations, with dual reporting structures
- Advanced leadership skills as both a business and people leader
- Fluent Spanish and English

You will be based at Electrolux Group’s commercial office in Bogotá. Located in Usaquén, it is the hub of sales and marketing operations in Colombia, where you will find teams fully dedicated to shaping living for the better through extraordinary consumer experiences.
