We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain PMO Project Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead and support cross-functional projects related to new product implementation, logistics procedures, certifications, regulatory requirements, and other subjects. Acting as a supply chain representative, the candidate will ensure compliance and optimize our operations.

Responsibilities of the role
Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization, new product launches, certifications and inspections, or the application of regulations into our supply chain and product portfolio, among others.
Work closely with team members from all divisions and engage with highly experienced areas to support the daily operational work of the Supply Chain PMO.
Ensure execution of compliance with company /customer requirements, industry standards & local legislation in the regions where we distribute them (labeling, packaging, customs, etc). Liaise with regulatory issues impacting supply into appropriate risk mitigation actions.
Connect and develop Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology, Legal and other quality-ops core functions.
Help to develop a holistic supply chain quality control strategy.
Establish and create clear procedures and policies aligned with organization goals.
Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g reporting, comms)
Manage other transversal projects such as the integration of new supply chain technologies into our logistics ops or the implementation of sustainability practices into the NPIs.
Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications
+5 years of experience in supply chain, quality, and/or project management environments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of regulations, guidelines and standards related to product manufacturing and distribution is desired. Ensuring compliance with local and international labeling and packaging requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to effectively communicate in a global environment across different organizational levels.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
