2. 产品管理:负责手机/PAD产品生命周期管理,对导入期、成长期、成熟期和退市期进行产品规划管理,根据产品上市节奏、卖点、竞品分析等输出米家侧上市方案,拉通相关部门,对米家新品上市执行及结果交付负责;
3. 销售管理:对手机/PAD品类的销售额负责,定期整理汇报销售分析、复盘总结、品类操盘策略与分析;
4. 市场洞察:收集市场/行业/竞品等信息,进行产品分析及定位,制定相应的爆品计划及推动落地, 输出产品零售策略,监控产品生命周期内的销量情况,总结规律与打法。
1. Target management: Target setting of the Mobile Phone/PAD category and follow up on achieving them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
2. Product management: Responsible for Mobile Phone/PAD product life cycle management, product planning management for introductory period, growth period, maturity period, and end-of-life period, and develop the launch plan according to the products, selling point, and competing product analysis. Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments, be responsible for the implementation of the launch and results of the new products;
3. Sales management: Responsible for the sales achievement of Mobile Phone/PAD categories, and regularly sort out the analysis of sales, review summary and category trading strategy;
4. Market insight: Collect information about market/industry/competition, make product analysis and positioning, formulate corresponding Hit Plan and promote landing, output product retail strategies, monitor the sales of the product life cycle, summarize experiences and methods.职位要求1.本科及以上学历,英文流利,能正常沟通交流;
2.热爱销售行业,具备3年及以上消费类电子行业线下品类运营经验;
3.具备对手机/PAD品类的监控和分析能力,定期分析自身产品、整体行业、竞争对手等相关数据,并结合分析结果提出优化方案;
4.善于沟通,跨部门协同能力及抗压能力强,能高效推动工作落地;
5.逻辑清晰、执行力强,具备较强的数据分析能力及问题解决能力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, able to communicate fluently in English;
2. Passionate about the sales, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in consumer electronics industry;
3. Possess the ability to monitor and analyze the mobile phone/PDA category, regularly analyze relevant data on products, overall industry, competitors, etc., and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results;
4. Good at communication, strong ability to collaborate across departments and withstand pressure, able to promote the implementation of work efficiently;
5. Clear logic, strong execution ability, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.投递
