Bilingual HR Generalist
The HR Generalist ensures the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of the HR department for their assigned project. They are involved in implementing HR procedures, maintaining employee records and providing support and guidance to the NGE employees seconded to the project.
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager of the subsidiary. They will be responsible for, but are not limited to the following activities:
1. Assist with recruitment activities
2. Facilitate onboarding and integration of employees
3. Maintain and monitor employee files
4. Primary contact for employees, contribute to HR policy implementation
5.Team player and compliance with instructions
6. Payroll management and time tracking
7. Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and other programs designed to support employee well‑being.
