Join Miele’s Delivery & Installation team and take the lead in delivering exceptional in-home customer experiences. As a Senior Installer, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting the training and development of team members while ensuring premium delivery and installation standards are consistently achieved. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across transport, installation and warehouse operations within a high-performing logistics environment.
Delivery & installation: safely deliver and install Miele appliances in customer homes, including complex installations and premium products
Team support & training: provide on-the-job coaching and refresher training for new and existing installers
Customer experience: deliver a professional and elevated service experience that reflects the Miele brand
Logistics & warehouse support: assist with route preparation, warehouse operations and fleet support activities as required Safety & compliance: maintain compliance with all OH&S, transport and company procedures to ensure safe operations
Documentation & systems: complete required delivery documentation, device setup and reporting accurately and efficiently
Continuous improvement: support team collaboration, share knowledge and contribute to improving delivery and installation processes
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to represent a premium brand
Leadership capability with the confidence to support and train team members
Safe and reliable driving history
Strong time management and ability to work effectively to schedules
Physical capability to undertake manual handling duties
MR truck and/or forklift licence
Experience in final mile delivery, appliance installation or logistics operations
Previous experience in the whitegoods or premium appliance industry
Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse or logistics systems
