The ERP Project Manager will lead the delivery of a complex ERP implementation, bringing together people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic business outcomes. Your goal will be to drive successful end‑to‑end ERP delivery by aligning scope, timelines, and execution through Agile practices and strong cross‑functional collaboration. Your success will be demonstrated through on‑time, high‑quality ERP outcomes, effective risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders and leadership. This is an 18-month fixed term position.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead ERP project delivery with a strong focus on business process alignment while maintaining scope, schedule and budget through Build, Deployment and Hypercare phases
Partner with the Program Management Office and implementation partners to integrate program and project governance
Align cross‑functional business and technical teams across multiple workstreams
Manage project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies or escalate as required
Facilitate status meetings, lead scrum ceremonies in collaboration with implementation partners and create concise executive stakeholder communications
Ensure quality standards, controls, and compliance requirements are met
Your Skills:
Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams without authority
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Agile project management skillset is preferred
Your Experience:
Proven project management experience leading business process initiatives
Experience working in complex, enterprise‑level environments
Demonstrated success managing multiple functional and/or technical workstreams
Experience working in, enhancing or implementing ERP systems considered an asset
