Crunch Fitness is seeking a full-time Club Lead to deliver excellence in member experience and business growth. Positions are available across Alexandria, Rockdale, Chatswood, Mortdale, Hoxton Park, Bankstown, Parramatta, Dee Why, Caringbah.

Role Overview
As the Club Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our club. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding member experiences, maintaining high standards of service and driving business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the Club Manager to achieve membership growth and elevate our club’s performance.
This role prepares you on a career trajectory to potentially become Club Manager at Crunch within 18-24 months.
Member Experience
• Welcoming members at all touchpoints
• Ensure the club operates efficiency
• Handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
• Fostering engagement through personalized interactions
• Maintain club rules and policies
• Support key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness
Teamwork
• Cultivate and nurture a positive team environment and culture.
• Monitor shift planning and checklists for club team
• Mentor, coach and supervise new team members and junior staff on sales and closing techniques
• Ensure team compliance with systems, rules and policies
Membership Growth
• Engage with potential members to understand fitness goals
• Achieve membership sales goals
• Focus on member retention and referrals
• Implementing protocols for saving memberships
• Assist the Club Manager with execution of SMART Plans
• Work with club team to achieve club goals
• Develop local community partnerships
