What You Bring
We’re looking for a well-rounded IT professional who combines technical depth with strong communication and ownership:
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems or services administration (or equivalent combination of education and certifications)
- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, networks, and collaboration tools
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
- Understanding of user access management, device lifecycle management, and security best practices
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and managed service providers
- Strong organizational skills and a process-improvement mindset
- Willingness to support occasional after-hours work and limited travel (~10% domestic/international)

What You will Do
As an IT Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for both local execution and global collaboration, including:
- Own day-to-day IT operations for assigned sites, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of systems and services
- Provide high-quality end-user support for hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools, including ticket resolution and peer escalation
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Teams, enabling seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage user access and device lifecycles, including onboarding, changes, and terminations
- Support network, infrastructure, and operational technology, working with internal teams and third-party providers on items such as:
- Network and datacenter infrastructure
- Printers, mobile devices, and shop-floor systems
- CAD systems, lasers, press brakes, and shipping systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including procurement, renewals, escalations, and invoice review
- Maintain and improve documentation and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to support endpoint security, access controls, audits, and compliance activities
- Contribute to IT projects and strategic initiatives, including upgrades, site rollouts, and capital planning
- Provide multi-site and after-hours support when required to ensure business-critical system availability
