Intro

Join Nilfisk as an S&OE Manager, EMEA and take a key role in driving operational excellence across our production plant and distribution network. This is a high‑impact position at the heart of our business, where you will lead planning and execution to ensure customer delivery while balancing demand, supply, and capacity. Based in Nagykanizsa, you will operate in a highly international environment with strong visibility, working closely with regional and global stakeholders and directly influencing business results.

Major Function

As S&OE Manager for EMEA, you are responsible for driving short‑ to mid‑term operational alignment across production plants, distribution centers, and key stakeholders. You will lead the S&OE process, ensuring demand, supply, and capacity are aligned to deliver strong service performance while managing operational constraints and execution risks.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with another S&OE Manager, with both roles reporting directly to the Global E2E Planning Director. Together, you will ensure strong regional execution while actively contributing to a globally connected and harmonized S&OE operating model.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OE process in EMEA, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and capacity across plants and DCs

• Drive short‑term execution performance, with focus on OTTR, Back Orders, and Plan Adherence

• Act as a key interface between planning teams and plant operations, enabling fast issue resolution and clear priorities

• Act as escalation owner across plants, DCs, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely decisions and stable execution

• Identify operational risks and constraints and drive mitigation actions in close collaboration with plant leadership and supply chain partners

• Ensure consistent use of planning processes, systems, and data, enabling transparency and fact‑based decision making

• Balance short‑term execution with mid‑term capacity considerations, ensuring feasible and stable plans

• Contribute to the global S&OE agenda, working closely with the peer S&OE Manager and the Global Lead to strengthen cross‑regional alignment

Your New Team

You will lead a team of 10 people, Production Planners and Supply Planners across the EMEA region, collaborating closely with plant operations, DCs, and global functions. The team operates in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment where ownership, collaboration, and clear priorities are critical to success.

Qualifications to Succeed in the Position

You bring a strong combination of operational understanding, system knowledge, and leadership capability, and you are comfortable working in a dynamic, cross‑functional, and global environment.

• Relevant university degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar)

• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily use in a global environment

• Hands‑on experience with SAP (ECC or S/4) in planning or operations

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing processes

• Experience in leading teams and driving execution and performance

• Ability to translate data into actions and manage operational priorities

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across regions and function
