As a full-service animal healthcare center, Front Range Veterinary Clinic, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, seeks a part-time Client Services Representative to join our team.  We are equipped to diagnose and treat our client’s dogs and cats through all stages of life. We know that pets are much-loved family members and we feel privileged to help them remain as healthy as possible, for as long as possible.

This is a part-time position.  $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Our CSRs provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients. Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.

• Manage and assist clients in the euthanasia paperwork

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail and purging charts in
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff
• May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new
• Excellent communication
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team
