Roles and responsibilities
In this role, the Client Outreach Expert has a combined role as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and works closely with the Relationship Managers, CDD Processing Units and relevant stakeholders involved in the CDD cycle. Key responsibilities are to:
Own and manage the client relationship from a CDD perspective, perform client outreach within regulatory timelines to enable a smooth CDD customer journey and a high-quality experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end CDD cycle, ensuring all activities are completed within regulatory timelines and to a high standard.
Align stakeholders, agree mitigations, and ensure clear WB CDD requirements in line with WB Working Instructions (internally and externally).
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, manage CDD scope changes, and facilitate effective reporting and administrative duties.
Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, CDD Processing Units, and other Client Outreach Experts, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the CDD journey and support the FO team as Wholesale Banking CDD expert.
Manage priorities and escalations efficiently, supporting urgent deals by ensuring swift CDD completion.
Drive progress in a complex global matrix organisation, interacting confidently with senior stakeholders to uphold accountability and collaboration.

HBO degree.
2+ years of working experience in WB KYC.
Fluent in English.
Proven strong experience in working in a complex global matrix organization, with ability to interact with and drive progress amongst (senior) stakeholders.
Knowledge of the WB ING organization, products, processes and application landscape strongly preferred.
Organizational sensitivity, flexibility and self-starting capabilities.
Learning agility with a critical mindset, a can-do, positive and hands-on approach.
You are people-orientated, connecting and interacting with others is something that comes naturally to you.
You are a good communicator, being able to convey complex messages in simple ways.
