

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist in Process Management and Transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, project delivery, and the ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications. This role requires excellent communication skills, exposure to or interest in risk intelligence or data products, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Translate operational requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
Support or lead components of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and project deliverables.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Identify and escalate issues promptly.
Be proactive in identifying tools that can be used to improve processes and support operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
3–4 years’ experience in process management, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
Experience supporting or contributing to project delivery initiatives.
Exposure to UAT and/or QA testing processes.
Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Experience with process mapping tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Exposure to or interest in risk intelligence or data products is advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (tertiary qualification) in a relevant field such as:
Business Management / Business Administration
Operations Management
Information Systems / Computer Science
Data Analytics or a related discipline
Preferred:
Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Honours, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree) in:
Process Improvement
Operations / Supply Chain Management
Data Analytics or Technology Management
