We are looking for an Assisted Living Director. This position will lead a team of dedicated staff to provide the best possible hospitality and residential living in Mirador’s 44- unit Assisted Living and 18-unit Memory Support. This position will oversee all aspects, including staff and operations. The Assisted Living Director will also work closely with marketing to appropriately convey the unit's residential living offers and benefits to prospective residents and their supporting family members.

QualificationsThe successful candidate:
Will be a licensed LVN, with prior clinical experience.
Must have supervisory/managerial experience.
Administrative and business knowledge of Assisted Living regulations and budget.
Have the ability to develop strong relationships with residents, supporting family members and staff.
Have prior experience in or knowledge about dementia disease processes and leadership experience in a Memory Support unit.
Possess an Assisted Living Certification or ability to obtain as required by regulation.
