Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in coordinating projects and keeping teams aligned? We’re looking for a Home-Based Project Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support project managers and marketing teams by ensuring web, print, and digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support Project Managers in coordinating web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process
Assist in maintaining and updating project timelines, flagging potential delays to the Project Manager
Manage and update task management tools to ensure all stakeholders have accurate, current information on project status
Take notes during internal and client project meetings; distribute recaps and action items in a timely manner
Support the vendor/quote process for print and digital deliverables as directed by the Project Manager
Assist with Quality Assurance checks on deliverables, including basic website testing prior to client review
Help traffic final deliverables to clients or third parties, ensuring files align with the SOW
Ensure project time tracking is accurate and up to date
Assist in onboarding documentation and process updates as directed by the Project Office team
Assist in preparing agendas and gathering project materials ahead of internal and client meetings
Help monitor projects to ensure they remain within client-approved scope; escalate scope concerns to the Project Manager
Assist with the internal review process by routing deliverables through proof review software and tracking feedback
With the ever-changing technology of A.I., other duties may be assigned, added, and/or removed
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or agency support role
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Mac or Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with digital and print deliverable workflows
Knowledge of task management tools preferred (e.g., Notion, JIRA, or equivalent)
Knowledge of proof routing tools preferred (e.g., PageProof or equivalent)
Knowledge of messaging tools for communication management preferred (e.g., Slack or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of website development processes a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Eagerness to learn project delivery processes and grow within the Project Office
Eagerness to support Project Managers and take direction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to support multiple Project Managers and projects simultaneously
Ability to identify and follow up on next steps using task management software
Ability to respond to internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ability to facilitate communication between internal teams and escalate issues appropriately
Ability to adhere to documented delivery processes and company policies and procedures
Ability to maintain a well-organized digital work environment
Ability to learn new programs and software as required

Salary Range: PHP 40,000-43,000
