Residential Aged Care - Physiotherapist

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role is working within Residential Aged Care and looks like:

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy
• Deliver mobility and functional programs
• Complete care plan reviews
• Providing one-to-one interventions
• Group-based active ageing services

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

About you:

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

To be considered, you will hold:

• General AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights
