Description & main responsibilities
As a Digital Retail Apprentice, you will support the Commerce retail team in its day-to-day activities and key initiatives.
You will work closely with:
Retail business owners (direct and indirect)
Program and project team members
Your missions will combine operational tasks and analytical work, depending on priorities and topics. The main working language is English, in a multicultural context.
Main missions on the Project and Coordination part:
Support the Retail team on day-to-day activities
Coordinate and follow up on simple projects and initiatives
Contribute to project organization and documentation
Prepare materials for meetings and internal communication
Help structure information across multiple topics
Main Missions – Data, Analysis & Insights
Collect and consolidate a high number of metrics and parameters
Perform basic to intermediate data analysis
Summarize results into clear insights for the team
Support reporting and dashboards used by the Retail team
Help translate data into understandable inputs for business teams
Support to Key Initiatives
Contribute to selected Retail or business development initiatives
Support transversal topics involving several stakeholders
Adapt quickly to new subjects and priorities
Educational Background
Student in Bac +3 / Bac +4 (Business, Digital, Data, Management or equivalent)
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong interest in data and metrics
Ability to analyze and synthesize information
Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (eg. Copilot, PowerBi)
Interest in reporting or data visualization tools is appreciated
Languages
English (written and spoken)
