SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As part of the HR team and reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a hands-on contributor across HR administration and talent acquisition support. You will help implement and continuously improve HR processes while managing your assignments independently and with a strong sense of initiative.Responsibilities
Manage HR administrative processes including visa applications, official correspondence, and government-related documentation
Own data entry and maintenance across local and global HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up
Coordinate with external vendors — including hotels, caterers, and service providers — to arrange bookings and ensure smooth logistics
Generate reports and data extracts from HR systems to support decision-making and reporting needs
Proactively identify operational issues and escalate with proposed solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
3+ years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, ideally within a multinational or industrial environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with a sense of initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; fluency in French and English is required
