What You’ll Do: • Mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles • Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions • Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs • Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support operations
What You Need: • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers • Ability to read and verify work order information
