Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities. Compensation: We recognize and reward your expertise: • Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually • With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually
Your Impact: • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to each student's needs.
