Requisiti formativi: Student* o Neolaureat* in Biotecnologie, Biologia, Chimica, Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche (CTF) o Scienze Farmaceutiche, con interesse per lo sviluppo di processi e le attività di laboratorio in ambito farmaceutico/biotecnologico.

Altri requisiti:

• Conoscenza informatica di base, in particolare Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Precisione e orientamento al risultato

• Mentalità positiva, aperta e collaborativa

Requisiti linguistici:

• Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato

• Italiano: buona conoscenza (utile)

Data di inizio presunta: Giugno/Luglio 2026

Durata: 6 mesi (prorogabile altri 6 mesi)

Cosa farai?

Il tirocinante supporterà le attività di sviluppo dei processi nella Drug Substance Unit (DS Unit) all’interno del dipartimento di Technology Development di GVGH.
In particolare, si occuperà di:

• Supportare lo sviluppo e l’ottimizzazione dei processi di purificazione

• Affiancare il team nelle attività di laboratorio

• Seguire e comprendere istruzioni di lavoro e procedure standard

• Collaborare con il Tutor e il team nelle attività di processo

• Interagire con le diverse aree del dipartimento di Technology Development

• Lavorare in un team strutturato, contribuendo alle attività quotidiane

Cosa imparerai?

• Le basi dello sviluppo e scale‑up dei processi di Drug Substance

• Le principali tecniche di purificazione (filtrazione tangenziale e ortogonale, cromatografia a bassa pressione)

• Come analizzare e riportare risultati sperimentali secondo procedure aziendali

• La gestione e conservazione della documentazione di processo

• Le regole GSK su qualità, etica, salute, sicurezza e ambiente

• Lavoro in team in un contesto industriale strutturato
