About the Role Are you passionate about helping seniors stay active, independent, and thriving? Join our dedicated Allied Health team as an Exercise Physiologist, where you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians. Working across clients’ homes and our Seniors Gym, you’ll design and deliver personalised strength and balance programs that truly make a difference—supporting each individual’s goals and quality of life.
Key responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive health screenings and functional reassessments • Develop, implement, and review individualised exercise programs • Facilitate and monitor group and 1:1 exercise session • Collaborate closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams • Ensure programs are safe, engaging, and aligned to best practice
What are we looking for You are a motivated and compassionate professional who thrives both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you will have: • A degree in Exercise Physiology • ESSA accreditation (Exercise & Sport Science Australia) • Experience working within Aged Care (preferred) • Strong knowledge of gym equipment and supervision • Ability to conduct functional assessments and screenings • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook • A current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle • Ability to organise and conduct health screening and functional assessments
