Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of all promotional activities, including on- and off-property events, gaming and non-gaming promotions, entertainment, and concerts. This role provides direct leadership to the Promotions team, ensures operational excellence, and upholds service standards for both internal and external guests.
The Promotions Supervisor partners closely with Marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives, optimize team performance, and ensure all promotions are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with brand standards.
You will report directly to the Promotions Manager.
Primary Tasks:
- Supervise and coordinate all promotional activities, including drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and special events. Ensure all events are executed smoothly, on schedule, and in compliance with internal standards.
- Ensure accurate preparation and completion of all required documentation, including prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other regulatory or operational paperwork.
- Oversee the preparation and organization of all promotional materials, including giveaway items, décor, and event supplies. Ensure materials are available, properly displayed, and aligned with event requirements.
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of promotional stages and event spaces. Ensure all areas—including booths, terminals, and inventory storage—are clean, organized, fully functional, and adequately stocked.
- Provide operational and administrative support for marketing initiatives, including reporting, tracking, trafficking, and general coordination of special events.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of internal communications to ensure all departments are informed of upcoming promotions and understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Supervise daily team operations, including scheduling based on business needs, training, coaching, and performance management. Set clear expectations and ensure service and operational standards are consistently met.
- Maintain and reinforce knowledge of company policies and regulatory requirements, including MICS, TICS, and Title 31. Ensure team adherence and provide accurate information to guests and internal partners.
- Ensure all promotional activities are properly documented and verifiable. Maintain accurate records to support auditing and compliance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to confidently engage large groups and effectively emcee promotions and events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Proficient typing skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in promotions, marketing, entertainment, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1. You will manage all drawings/giveaway, tournaments, all kinds of non-gaming and gaming promotions/events and prepare all the of relative paperwork such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms and any others needed.
2. Arrange all promotional materials/items needed for gift giveaway, decoration for all promotions and events.
3. Setup and clear off the promotional stage as scheduled. Maintain the promotional stage/booth/working terminals/inventory storage clean, neat and sufficiently equipped.
4. Provide support for reception, filing, reporting, tracking and trafficking for special events and marketing.
5. You will oversee and help prepare paperwork distributed to inform other departments of upcoming events and promotions and the things needed from their department.
6. Oversee the work of your team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.
7. Maintain knowledge of company, departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.
8. Maintain records to document/verify drawings and department activities.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
· Comfortable in large group settings and able to MC promotions/events
· Excellent grammatical skills
· Two (2) years entertainment or promotional/marketing training; or combination of education and experience
