Summary
Function is to support our Members, Center Store Director, and AIM Specialist (ad coordinator). This position
fields calls and emails from Members and either provides great Customer Service to resolve issues or routes
the issue to the appropriate leader for resolution. In addition, this position performs administrative functions
for the Center Store Director and AIM Specialist.
Description of Work
Essential Functions:
AIM SPECIALIST SUPPORT
- Handle billing vendors and crediting retailers, as appropriate
- Help plan, create, proof and finalize weekly ad planner information (using iPro ad planning software) to
help retailers plan their weekly ad with low cost items to increase sales
- Provides ad group members with information in a timely manner
- Prepares and provides event deal information
- Maintains retailer ad group file; sends out pertinent information to retailers between planners
- Coordinates new item launch process
- Conducts validation reporting
CENTER STORE OFFICE SUPPORT
- Order supplies, as needed
- Daily order uploads
- Monthly order guide PO creation
- Research repay requests
- Help track hot POs to ensure product arrives in a timely manner
- Pay storage fees and copier billings, as needed
- Print and prepare inventory paperwork, as needed, for Director to review (Total, Aged, Excess inventory)
- Print and prepare period-end reporting for Director to review
- Maintain Director files for period reporting, deep dives, ad copies, etc…
- Respond to ad hoc requests, as needed

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and TRAINING:
- Minimum of high school diploma. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Work, Access and Powerpoint
- Strong computer literacy
- Prior retail grocery experience a plus
