As the Team Lead (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing one of our Process Excellence teams, ensuring the successful execution of our roadmap. Your focus will be on delivering tangible improvements, optimizing end-to-end processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Process Excellence team, fostering a delivery-oriented mindset
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, setting clear milestones and measurable outcomes
- Deliver process improvements across various dimensions, including cycle time, cost, quality, and customer experience
- Implement an agile operating model, ensuring efficient prioritization, decision-making, and benefit tracking
- Identify root causes, redesign processes, and scale best practices globally across regions and functions
- Steer performance with data-driven insights, establishing KPIs and governance frameworks
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Process Mining techniques to detect and quantify process bottlenecks
- Lead cross-functional improvement programs and drive automation initiatives, from business case development to successful implementation
- Proven leadership experience in Business Process Management or Continuous Improvement, with a track record of delivering measurable benefits
- Ability to build and execute strategic roadmaps, converting them into prioritized initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/Kaizen) methodologies
- Understanding of Process Mining and its application in process optimization, with experience in leveraging technical tools (e.g. RPA, ODM/workflow tools)
- Experience in leading cross-functional transformation projects with senior stakeholders, ideally in shipping, logistics, or maritime industries
- Excellent people leadership skills, including talent development and team culture building
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities in a global context
