What you will do in this role: • Lead Agile pod and utilize strong knowledge of user experience research methodologies and best practices, including A/B testing, to drive growth of website down the full shopping funnel • Serve as Growth and Experimentation leader and collaborate closely with partners in engineering, design, analytics, and merchandising • Determine eCommerce strategies to build features and capabilities to grow customer base and improve engagement • Manage a pod of development, analytics, and UX/UI experts to execute experimentation and implementation of winning results • Own the enhancements and experimentation roadmap, ensuring strong and creative backlog of experimentation ideas that align with a unified global roadmap to meet the needs of multiple regions • Collaborate with digital transformation, regional merchandisers, and Digital IT to plan a cross-functional roadmap • Translate product strategy into key objectives, feature deliverables, and acceptance criteria to lead discovery and execution • Manage roadmap prioritization, capacity management of pod, and internal training and enablement of new features to impacted partners and stakeholders • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Fossil’s customer and business as well as maintain an awareness of competitive products and eCommerce industry trends to continually inform product direction 100% telecommuting role. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100% of the time Who You Are: Requirements: • Product management best practices, including techniques for identifying customer needs, hypothesis-driven roadmaps, prototyping, A/B testing, and user-centered design • User experience research methodologies, including A/B testing strategies and implementation • A/B test tooling • Analyzing project needs and constraints and delivering minimal-viable-product (MVP) to quickly prototype and identify additional requirements • Agile environments, including Scrumban • Ecommerce tech stack integration • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
