Job Description
This position has location in Hanoi or HCM city and be accountable for Sales in enterprise sector which including Manufacturing, Power, Oil&Gas, Transportation, Healthcare etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS
• Achieve quarterly and annual budgeted Revenue for Vertiv Vietnam Market Unit by: winning and developing new business in accordance to agreed forecast and Business Plan.
• Plan, Implement and control all marketing activities for creating sales to achieve departmental goal and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with named accounts and vertical partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
• Submit sales forecast, project tracking reports, won/lost/pending reports and all other reports related to the project as required by management.
• Prepare regular reviews and reports on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends in a timely manner.
• Defend and increase our market share by understanding the activities of the competition and compete aggressively in the market.
• Advise management of changes in competition, product availability or related customer matters for named accounts.
• Analyze competitor, market trend, and customer base in order to formulate sales & marketing strategy.
• Identify and map key customers in named accounts to understand and develop strategies to build Vertiv advocates.
• Conduct product presentations to clients and users and be able to impart the knowledge on our product strengths and applications and how they meet the requirements of our clients.
• Attend to Sales inquiries and generate sales proposal to satisfy the inquiries.
• Follow up and create quotations to meet customers’ requirements
• Maintain our customer base by ensuring accounts assigned are properly maintained and serviced.
• Respond to customer’s need, complaints and inquiries in professional manner.
• Collaborate with relevant functional and support groups in planning and executing special projects and programs for named accounts.
• Ensure all sales are invoiced and collected on time
• Ensure all the activities with the named accounts comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
• Work independently and provide advice to resolve all conflicts.
Job Requirement
• Successful sales track record
• More than 3 year-experience in sales and/or Key account manager role in the Manufacturing or Industrial sectors
• Technical background
• Strong communicator in both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English, candidate who can comfortably communicate in Chinese is preferable.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver, good at conflict management
• Pleasant, co-operative, self-motivated, team player and result oriented
• Strong influencing and negotiations behaviors
• Good knowledge in multimedia tools and applications
• Excellent business ethics and integrity

Educational Level Required: B.S / B.A
Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years in sales in the Commercial&Industrial sectors.
Candidate who can speak Chinese beside Vietnamese and English have advantage
