CA operates a wide range of fitness and recreation facilities including three full-service fitness clubs, five tennis clubs, twenty-three outdoor pools, two golf courses, an ice rink, and a miniature golf course.
We are currently seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and people-focused Mind Body Training Supervisor to lead and grow Columbia Association’s Pilates and Mind Body Training business across our fitness clubs. This is a revenue-focused leadership role responsible for increasing Pilates and Mind Body Training revenue through member engagement, lead conversion, trainer development, client retention, and innovative programming. The ideal candidate has experience growing Pilates training participation, developing high-performing trainers, and building strong client relationships that drive long-term engagement and results.
The Mind Body Training Supervisor oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of CA’s Pilates and Mind Body Training programs, including equipment-based Pilates and specialty mind body workshop offerings.
Responsibilities include:
• Driving revenue growth, lead generation, and client retention • Recruiting, coaching, and developing Pilates and Mind Body Trainers • Monitoring trainer performance, session delivery, and program KPIs • Expanding member participation through programming, workshops, and community engagement • Collaborating with Membership, Personal Training, and Group Fitness teams to increase referrals and cross-promotion • Delivering exceptional member experiences through high-quality, customer-focused programming • Ensuring operational excellence, safety, cleanliness, and quality standard
Qualified candidates should possess:
• At least one year of active experience as a Certified Pilates Trainer required • Proven experience growing training revenue and engagement strongly preferred • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing trainers preferred • Strong leadership, sales, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Passion for wellness, movement, and community engagement
Required Certifications:
• Pilates Mat and Equipment Certification through an approved governing body required • CPR/AED certification required (may be completed at CA) • Registered Yoga Teacher certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $55,000 - $67,000. The actual salary offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the budgeted amount for the role.
