World Waterpark Guest Services Attendant are responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests vising the Waterpark. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acting as a communications relay between aquatics staff, management, cleaning staff and maintenance staff. • Selling admissions to people required to use the Special Needs Access door. (i.e. disabled people or people with strollers) • Providing information to guests regarding the various attractions within the Waterpark. • Booking and renting out private cabanas and providing any additional information the customer may need. • Addressing guest concerns and answering guest inquires. • Keeping office area clean and well stocked. • Helping with lost children. • Other responsibilities as required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous experience working as a cashier or receptionist in a fast paced environment. • Must possess a passion for service, demonstrating guest service skills with the ability to deliver outstanding service at all times. • Must have excellent communication skills including excellent reading, writing and speaking skills. • Should have superior problem solving skills and be able to react calmly and proactively in stressful situations and emergencies. • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: • This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability Monday through Sunday, days, evenings, weekends and holiday. • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
