As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of Hojuzat’s digital transition. You are responsible for deploying the monthly budget to shift our business from a traditional, offline-heavy agency to a high-velocity, app-centric Online Travel Agency (OTA). You will lead the "Hard Launch" awareness campaign and build the permanent performance engine that translates our commercial calendar into tengible revenue.
Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize a monthly spend across Web and App channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search/UAC/ASA).
The Gen Z Pivot: Design and execute high-conversion campaigns specifically targeting the Saudi Elite (Gen Z/Millennial) segment.
Commercial Alignment: Synchronize all paid media with the Commercial Calendar , ensuring aggressive scaling for exclusive inventory and luxury resort peaks.
Adjust Mastery: Act as the internal owner of the Adjust MMP . Configure event mapping, probabilistic matching, and SKAN 4.0 to solve the iOS tracking gap for our high-net-worth audience.
Omnichannel Tracking: Work with the MarTech team (Server-Side GTM) to ensure 0% data leakage between Web searches and App bookings.
Deep Linking: Implement and monitor Universal Links/Deep Linking strategies to ensure a seamless "Web-to-App" user journey.
Offline-to-Digital Bridge: Ingest 10 years of offline customer data into digital platforms for advanced Retargeting and Lookalike (LAL) modeling.
Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on bidding models (tCPA vs. tROAS) and creative hooks to drive down CAC while increasing Booking Velocity.
Content Direction: Brief the design team on "Elite" performance creative that resonates with the new generation without sacrificing brand prestige.
AI Workflow: Integrate LLMs/AI tools into the daily workflow for search-term analysis, copy generation, and high-speed creative iteration.
Experience: 6+ years in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years specifically in OTA, Travel, or high-ticket E-commerce .
MMP Expertise: Expert-level hands-on experience with Adjust (mandatory).
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the KSA digital landscape and elite consumer behavior.
MarTech Stack: Proficiency in GA4, GTM (Server-Side), and SQL/Data Visualization tools (is a plus).
Mindset: A "Core Mind" for performance—you trust data over intuition and can defend a scaling decision to the Board.
