THE ROLE
As Key Account Director, you will drive and develop wholesale and key account management, including strategic growth plans, in close collaboration with key accounts across our premium brand portfolio in Denmark, Germany, the UK & Ireland, and Benelux. You will lead the disciplined execution of market plans that support our long-term brand strategies and deliver ambitious growth targets. By building joint business plans with key accounts, you will strengthen brand visibility and foster long-term, profitable partnerships, always with a win-win mindset and a sharp focus on our customers’ customers and businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
In this dynamic role, you will lead our sales agenda and drive key initiatives that accelerate growth. Your work will help ensure VITA Brands stay at the cutting edge of the lifestyle and design industry by building strong, sustainable partnerships and delivering outstanding results across the EMEA region.
Develop, motivate, and retain high-performing key account management and sales teams across the core markets, ensuring engagement, stability, and strong talent development.
Own key account relationships, leading negotiations, and leveraging internal resources to align joint strategies with market opportunities.
Establish and continuously improve a robust commercial framework for key account and wholesale teams in the core markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while accelerating growth with existing partners.
Define commercial plans for the EMEA core markets with a 3–5-year horizon, aligned to the brands’ long-term strategies.
Apply a multi-brand approach to maximize brand presence and performance across all core markets and key customers.
Ensure the development and execution of joint business plans with key accounts.
Set clear priorities and deliver accurate forecasting through an analytical, fact-based approach, own your numbers, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of customers, markets, products, plans, and performance, and coach your teams to build the same commercial discipline.
Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the VITA brand matrix to enable fast, high-quality, ‘winning together’ decisions that support sales, profitability, and brand performance.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced leader with a passion for customers, business, performance, design and people, and the ability to turn strategy into disciplined execution. Your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams make you a key driver of our continued growth and commercial excellence.
Leadership experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, demonstrating leadership in international sales or related commercial functions.
Communication skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation skills: Proven track record in negotiation and commercial excellence.
Results orientation: Driven by sustainable sales and profitability results, with strong problem-solving skills and both strategic and tactical mindset.
Analytical mindset: Data-driven and analytical, able to make strong decisions and drive initiatives grounded in facts and market insight.
Global experience: Comfortable navigating a global matrix organization, aligning regional strategies and execution.
Collaboration expertise: Strong coach and team developer with a cross-functional mindset, always viewed through a commercial and customer-centric lens.
