1. Role OverviewTo support PING’s marketing and communications efforts by creating engaging content and visual assets that drive awareness, participation, and engagement across PING programmes, events, and initiatives. The GEES will gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, design, and campaign execution within a fast‑paced innovation and entrepreneurship environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop clear, engaging and audience‑appropriate content for:
- Internal emails, announcements and newsletters
- Social media posts (internal platforms such as Teams / Viva Engage)
- Website content and programme pages
- Support the development of key messages for campaigns, launches, and events
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment [
B. Design & Creative Support
- Design visual assets such as:
- Event posters and digital banners
- Social media visuals
- Presentation slides and simple infographics
- Ensure all designs follow PING / PETRONAS branding guidelines
- Support basic video editing, reels, or motion graphics (where applicable)
C. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for programmes and events
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across selected channels
- Track content performance (reach, engagement, basic analytics) and compile summaries
- Support on‑ground and virtual events from a marketing and comms perspective.
D. Coordination & Operations Support
- Work closely with Programme Delivery and other stakeholders to understand campaign needs
- Maintain an organised repository of marketing assets and content materials
- Assist in preparing simple reports, decks and post‑event summaries as required
E. Venture Attachment (Where Applicable)
F. Pro F. Program Delivery & Events Support
- Assist in coordination and logistics for PING Program Delivery events and activities.
- Provide on-ground support during sessions, including participant management and execution tasks.
