Sales & Product Manager – Pharma & Nutraceutical Raw Materials
Location: Central Europe – Hungary, Budapest
Contract: Full-time
We are seeking a Sales & Product Manager to further strengthen our Pharma & Nutraceutical (Nutra) business and support continued growth in the Hungarian market. This role combines commercial accountability with product management, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and business development across the Pharma & Nutraceutical portfolio
- Manage assigned product lines, including product lifecycle, market positioning, and pricing strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and industry trends
- Cooperate closely with suppliers on product strategies, launches, and technical support
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance analyses
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams
Your Profile
- Proven experience in sales and/or product management within Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or the chemical industry
- Strong commercial mindset with a structured and analytical approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English is required; additional regional languages are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
