Create your best future and join Westpac as a Business Analyst – Remediation (Unite Program).
This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.
What’s the role?
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role within the Customer Service Remediation team, conducting detailed impact analysis of Unite program initiatives across processes, systems, and data flows. You will ensure all changes are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable requirements, supporting compliant and efficient remediation outcomes. Acting as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams, you will work closely with program leadership to align solutions with operational needs.
Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to elicit and prioritise requirements, translating them into structured artefacts such as process maps, user stories, and impact summaries. You will analyse current and future-state processes, identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and ensure alignment with regulatory and remediation standards.
You will lead collaboration across teams to support delivery, governance, and operational readiness, including design reviews, UAT preparation, and reporting. You will also identify risks and opportunities, ensuring solutions are scalable, auditable, and continuously improved.
