Job Description
1. Project Goal Setting and Implementation:
- Formulate project objectives and key milestones in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Ensure that key stakeholders within the organization understand the project’s purpose and potential impacts.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Responsible for driving cross-functional project initiatives and achieving objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal senior teams, as well as external key
partners/vendors/customers.
3. Technical Solution Provision:
- Propose concrete and actionable solutions by integrating market-proven tools or practices.
- Provide recommendations on project issues, processes, and execution methods.
4. Risk Management:
- Continuously monitor risks that may affect the achievement of project goals and promptly propose alternative solutions.
- Ensure effective communication with senior teams throughout the project management process.
5. Resource Management:
- Secure the resources and support required for the project to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage project resource allocation to maximize resource utilization efficiency.
6. Professional Knowledge Sharing:
- Serve as an internal expert, sharing professional knowledge and experience.
- Guide and train team members to enhance overall technical capabilities.
