Product Portfolio Manager
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Product Portfolio Manager to join the Retail Banking Distribution Network as a member of the Small Business & Professionals Loans team. Its objective is to play a key role in the design, development, and strategic planning of new loan products for Small Businesses & Professionals. It will actively contribute to defining the product roadmap, designing innovative solutions, and optimizing the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify funding needs for small businesses and professionals by continuously monitoring market trends, competitors, digital banking developments, and regulatory frameworks
- Define product specifications (policies, structure, pricing, processes) and optimize the digital customer experience.
- Support the Branch Network with product features and processes related to Small Business & Professional Loans.
- Participate in and support projects related to product development, compliance, optimization, and digitization of flows.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines within the unit and cross-departmental initiative
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in business financing (within Βanks, fintech, or other financial organizations).
- Comprehensive understanding of loan processing systems and digital banking technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Power BI.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
