About the role:
The Compliance Automation Analyst is part of the Compliance Automation & Surveillance team and supports the Regulatory Compliance function by building scalable, technology‑enabled solutions. This role focuses on automation, AI, dashboard design, and advanced data interpretation to enhance compliance reporting, analytics, and surveillance frameworks across regions. The position requires strong hands‑on experience with automation tools, analytics platforms, and emerging AI capabilities, along with the ability to translate regulatory and compliance needs into efficient technical solutions.
About the candidate we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong automation and analytics background who enjoys solving complex compliance problems through technology. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with data, dashboards, workflows, and AI-driven solutions. This role is well suited for someone who can collaborate with Compliance subject matter experts, work across jurisdictions, and deliver scalable automation that improves regulatory oversight and surveillance effectiveness.
You will design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, AI agents, and OneTrust.
You will develop end‑to‑end workflow automations including email, API, and file‑based processes.
You will build automations using Python, Azure Logic Apps, and related technologies.
You will design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform.
You will perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks for reporting solutions.
You will support surveillance tools from a functionality and analytics perspective.
You will analyze scenarios, alerts, and surveillance outputs to enhance monitoring.
You will partner with Compliance SMEs to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
You will maintain process documentation, reference guides, and automation inventories.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in automation, dashboard design, data validation, and analytics.
Certifications in data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data science certifications preferred.
Experience or certification in AI prompt engineering preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong programming and data skills, including Python and SQL.
Familiarity with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, alert logic, and scenario tuning for market abuse detection.
Knowledge of AI and ML techniques such as anomaly detection, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns, risks, and compliance breaches.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
Work Shift Timings - 11 AM - 8 PM IST
