Make a difference | Your mission
Als Safety Manager (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Präsenz der Arbeitssicherheit vor Ort. In einem Team von zwei Safety Managern teilst du dir die Betreuung von über 100 Standorten deutschlandweit auf. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in einer noch jungen Sicherheitskultur (Bradley-Kurve 2) abzuholen und gemeinsam sichere Arbeitsbedingungen zu gestalten.
Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Präsenz vor Ort: Durchführung von regelmäßigen Sicherheitsbegehungen, Audits und Trainings an den zugewiesenen Standorten.
Maßnahmenmanagement: Erstellung detaillierter Begehungsberichte in enger Abstimmung mit den Verantwortlichen vor Ort.
Gemeinsame Erarbeitung von praxisnahen Abstellmaßnahmen.
Konsequente Nachverfolgung der Maßnahmen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Verhaltensbasierte Sicherheit: Durchführung von Behavioral Safety Visits (Sicherheitsdialogen), um das Bewusstsein der Mitarbeiter aktiv zu schärfen.
Brandschutz (wünschenswert): Durchführung von Brandschutzhelfer-Schulungen vor Ort sowie Unterstützung im betrieblichen Brandschutz.
Beratung & Coaching: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Sicherheitsbeauftragte und Mitarbeiter und hast stets ein offenes Ohr für deren Anliegen.
Gremienarbeit: Aktive Teilnahme an den Arbeitsschutzausschuss-Sitzungen (ASA).
Gefährdungsbeurteilung: Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Ermittlung und Beurteilung von arbeitsbedingten Unfall- und Gesundheitsgefahren.

Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
Zusatzqualifikationen (sehr vorteilhaft)
Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFA), um die fachliche Tiefe der Beratung sicherzustellen.
Qualifikation als Brandschutzbeauftragter, idealerweise mit der Befähigung zur Ausbildung von Brandschutzhelfern.
Erfahrung als Sicherheitsbeauftragter oder Gefahrgutbeauftragter ist ein Plus.
Kompetenzen
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an und findest pragmatische Lösungen im operativen Alltag.
Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen.
Teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.
Reisebereitschaft: Aufgrund der Betreuung einer Vielzahl von Standorten ist eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (deutschlandweit) für dich zwingend erforderlich.
