The ROW Administration and Technical Support Intern provides day‑to‑day operational support for Right of Way (ROW) applications and plays a key role in supporting both existing systems and large‑scale IT initiatives for new and enhanced ROW technologies.
This position supports ROW Applications operations by overseeing user access management for critical Right of Way systems, assisting application super users, and supporting Helpdesk activities to ensure consistent, reliable service for end users.
This role also contributes to major IT projects involving the implementation and rollout of new systems, requiring close coordination with technical teams, stakeholders, and division leadership. The intern must be comfortable working in a technology‑driven environment, as system support and technology adoption are central to the position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required. The intern will assist with note taking, develop and update PowerPoint presentations, maintain and revise Visio process diagrams, and work with data and tracking tools in Excel to support operational and project‑related needs. Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through are critical for success in this role.
Because this position works closely with division leadership and supports sensitive operational and technology initiatives, a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. The intern must be able to handle information responsibly and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
