FLENDER is searching for a Tender Specialist to be part of the Internal Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for tender responses and bid proposals
- Research and identify potential tender opportunities in the market
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
- Review and evaluate tender requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities
- Support negotiation processes for pricing and terms with customers
- Maintain a database of all tender responses and outcomes for analysis and improvement
- Monitor and track tender results, providing feedback to sales team for future bids
- Ensure all tender deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in tender management
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tender management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
